Our stoRY
Hi, I’m Jamie Henshall. When I started washing pots at 15, I had no idea where that path would take me.
By 18, I was already working my way up the ranks in professional kitchens, a kid raised by a strong single mother, trying to find his place in the world. Kitchens became my classroom. I watched world-class chefs operate with precision, creativity, and discipline. What fascinated me most wasn’t just the food — it was how they built their names and their careers.
Over the next 16 years, I worked in kitchens across the world, building my craft and confidence along the way. Eventually, that curiosity led me somewhere new: storytelling.
Driven by passion
I fell in love with production, content and film while creating my own documentary. That project pushed me from the kitchen to the camera — both behind it and in front of it. Over the next decade, I worked with incredible chefs, producers and brands, which eventually led to building my own agency,TNM Creative Media.
But through all of this, one thing kept appearing again and again:
talent needed better support.
Chefs, creators and storytellers often signed contracts that didn’t serve them. Deals lacked transparency. Brands struggled to find the right voices. Creators didn’t always have the production, strategy or business guidance they needed.
In truth. TNM Talent had already been happening for years.
