Career Story
Jason built his culinary foundation in Australia, spending seven years as Executive Chef at Bistro Moncur under the renowned mentorship of Damien Pignolet.
His career quickly expanded into media, becoming the host of Fresh on Channel 9 before breaking into the U.S. market with appearances on Good Morning America, The Chew, The Rachael Ray Show and his own award-winning series Jason Roberts’ Taste, earning accolades for both “Best Host” and “Best Health & Lifestyle Program.”
He is the author of three cookbooks, including Good Food – Fast!, focused on nutritious, gluten-free cooking, and is the founder of the community @gdayneighbour on Instagram, a platform built around connection, food and lifestyle. His passion extends beyond the kitchen, with long-standing advocacy for No Kid Hungry and the founding of Chefs Cycle, a global initiative uniting chefs to fight childhood hunger.
Why Jason Works for Brands
What sets Jason apart is his holistic approach, blending food, health, movement and mindset. This makes him an ideal partner for brands looking to connect across the food, wellness, and lifestyle spaces, not just in the kitchen.
Having worked extensively in both Australia and the United States, Jason brings a global perspective, making him highly adaptable for international campaigns and audiences.
Beyond content, Jason is deeply purpose-driven, with long-standing involvement in initiatives like No Kid Hungry and the founding of Chefs Cycle, adding a layer of meaning and integrity to the brands he aligns with.
For brands, this means more than just content — it’s storytelling with substance, personality and reach.
